GENERALAll orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly. The Tablecloth Shop and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, The Tablecloth Shop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Items are measured and cut by hand and therefore the item ordered may be slightly under or over the size ordered. Please note some foodstuffs may leave a stain especially if not wiped up immediately. These include foods which are acidic based for example tomato sauce. Also tumeric, red wine etc may stain. Some pens may leave a permanent mark. Tablecloth Shop accepts no responsibility for any permanent stains which occur during customers' usage.
DESPATCHOrders are despatched within one to two days of being received. To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. All items are subject to availability and in the unlikely event that your choice is out of stock we will email you as soon as possible to let you know. NB WHOLESALE ORDERS need to allow approximately three to seven days working days for delivery.
DELIVERYMainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or courier. Depending on the total weight of your order an additional postage charge may be needed to the Highlands, offshore Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Rest of the World and we will email you to let you know if this is necessary. All other destinations will have to be priced separately. Larger orders will be delivered by a courier who will attempt delivery 2/3 times (depending on their policy) and leave a card if no one is available to receive the goods. If your order is returned to us another shipping charge will be payable by you for your order to be re-sent.
RETURNSPlease contact us first by email regarding returns as we need to email a returns form to you with instructions on how to return an item. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible when we have received the faulty goods with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, cut, accessories missing etc. unfortunately cannot be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. As our vinyl tablecloths, pvc coated oilcloth tablecloths and table protectors are cut to order they are non returnable and this includes incorrectly ordered items. Please make sure you order the correct size. Any query regarding a wipe clean tablecloth including colour and design can be satisfied by requesting a free sample from us. Any claims for non-delivery or faulty items must be made in writing within seven days of receipt. Any returns must also be made in writing within seven days of receipt. All postage for returned items is the responsibility and payable by the customer (except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent items) who must use a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
PAYMENTPayment is by credit card or Paypal when placing the order via our website. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
RESERVATION OF TITLEThe risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the title in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
MOST OF OUR PVC COATED COTTON DESIGNS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AS WHOLESALE ROLLS. IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE DESIGN YOU ARE AFTER PLEASE EMAIL AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF IT IS AVAILABLE TOGETHER WITH THE PRICE.
