Please contact us first by email regarding returns as we need to email a returns form to you with instructions on how to return an item. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible when we have received the faulty goods with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, cut, accessories missing etc. unfortunately cannot be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
As our vinyl tablecloths, pvc coated oilcloth tablecloths and table protectors are cut to order they are non returnable and this includes incorrectly ordered items. Please make sure you order the correct size.
Any query regarding a wipe clean tablecloth including colour and design can be satisfied by requesting a free sample from us.
Any claims for non-delivery or faulty items must be made in writing within seven days of receipt. Any returns must also be made in writing within seven days of receipt. All postage for returned items is the responsibility and payable by the customer (except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent items) who must use a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
